  • Before accepting a vehicle purchased with credit funds as collateral, an insurance policy is issued to insure the risk of non-repayment of the loan.

  • The transfer of the right to drive and use a vehicle purchased with credit funds to third parties, with the exception of close relatives of the vehicle owner, is allowed only with the permission of the Bank's office.
