Overview of Requests of Individuals and Legal Entities

Analysis of appeals from individuals and legal entities received by JSC "National Bank" on July 1, 2026.

As of July 1, 2026, JSC "National Bank" received 1,544 applications. Of these, 1,232 applications were received through the virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 28 were received through the Tadbirkor Virtual Office information portal, 39 were received through the hotline of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 20 were received through the Federation of Trade Unions, 225 were received directly by JSC National Bank, as well as through ministries and departments.

Application form:

• 187 written;

• 1,319 received electronically;

• 38 verbally. Applicants by category:

• 1,454 individuals;

• 90 legal entities.

Analysis of the results of the study of appeals:

• 580 of them were satisfied;

• 789 applicants were provided with legal explanations;

• 67 of them are not subject to review (According to Articles 29-30, Law No. 445);

• 34 applications were rejected (According to Article 29, Law No. 445).

Regional analysis (regions from which the largest number of requests came):

• Tashkent city – 336 requests, 21.8% of the total number of requests;

• Surkhandarya region – 162 applications, 10.5% of the total number of applications;

• Tashkent region – 147 requests, 9.5% of the total number of requests;

• Jizzakh region – 118 applications, 7.6% of the total number of applications;

• Namangan region – 118 appeals, 7.6% of the total number of appeals;

• Samarkand region – 101 requests, 6.5% of the total number of requests;

• Ferghana region – 89 appeals, 5.8% of the total number of appeals;

• Khorezm region – 83 applications, 5.4% of the total number of applications;

• Navoi region – 80 applications, 5.2% of the total number of applications;

• Andijan region – 76 requests, 4.9% of the total number of requests;

• Bukhara region – 72 requests, 4.7% of the total number of requests;

• Republic of Karakalpakstan – 56 applications, 4.7% of the total number of applications;

• Syrdarya region – 54 appeals, 3.5% of the total number of appeals;

• Kashkadarya region – 52 applications, 3.4% of the total number of applications.
