Overview of Requests of Individuals and Legal Entities

Analysis of applications received by JSC "O'zmilliybank" from individuals and legal entities

As of March 31, 2026, JSC "O'zmilliybank" received only 788 applications.

Of these:

• 620 requests were received through the Virtual Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• 6 appeals — through the information portal "Virtual Office of the entrepreneur";

• 22 appeals — through the helpline of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• 7 appeals — through the Federation of Trade Unions;

• 133 applications were received directly by the bank, as well as through other ministries and departments.

In the form of appeals:

• 108 — written;

• 655 — electronic;

• 25 — oral.

By category of applicants:

• 742 — individuals;

• 46 — legal entities.

Results of the review of appeals as of the reporting date:

• 300 appeals — resolved positively;

• 406 appeals were given legal explanations and consultations;

• 33 appeals were left without consideration and terminated (Articles 29-30 of Law No. ORK-445);

• 22 appeals were rejected (Article 29 of Law No. ORK-445).
